Follow these steps so that menu items can be shown in Header

Step 1: Navigate to Appearance–> Menu section of your admin sidebar.
Step 2: Click the Create A New Menu link to make a new menu. Enter the name then click the Create Menu
Step 3: To add menu item, select one of your created pages on the left hand side and click the Add To Menu button. You can also add different posts from the left side.
Step 4: To add a custom menu item, enter a custom name and link into the Links box.
Step 5: Manage your menus by using the drag and drop functionality. To create a dropdown menu in Menu Structure, simply drag a menu item on the left side to the area on the right side.
Step 6: After setting up your menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page to assign the menu on the Theme Location box.
Step 7: Once It’s all done, make sure you click  Save Menu.

Note: Settings in Customizer> Header will help your header have a nice design

 Automatic Update

Please follow these steps to update theme:

  • Step 1: Hover into username then choose Download
  • Step 2: Select “License certificate and purchase code”
  • Step 3: Go to Noo settings> Quick Setup> Enter the key into License Key section> Save changes
    ♣ Note:

•When a new version of the theme is released, you will go to Appearance> theme> there will be a message notifying you to update the theme automatically > Click Automatic Update

2. Noo Jobs Import Plugin

This plugin helps you to import jobs from WP Job Manager and from Indeed.com.
To install the plugin, go to Plugins > Add New> Upload plugin > choose file> upload Noo-jobs-import.zip file (it is located in Add-ons file) > Click Install Now> click Activate the plugin to complete.
No sooner have you installed this plugin than it will be shown in Admin panel> Noo Jobs Import.
♣ Import Jobs from WP Job Manager• Click Choose file to upload XML file
• Job Author: You can choose one author to import jobs or Automatically create New Authors based on the data from the old site
• Author Password: Create a New password for New authors hereClick Submit to complete.
♣ Import Jobs from Indeed.com
There are many options here you will need to complete:
Publisher ID: To import jobs from Indeed, you will need a Publisher ID
Keyword: The keyword to search indeed jobs
Job location: A location to search for jobs from Indeed
Job type: Opt a job type in the drop-down list
Jobs author: Select an author in the drop-down list
Job category: Choose a job category to import jobs
Start job index: it will start importing Indeed jobs with the job of which sequential number is n in the list of Indeed job. For example, there are 100 jobs in the list of Indeed job and you set Start job index to be 60 then it will start to import the job whose sequential number is 60
User-agent: This is a default option. Leave it if you are not sure what it means

Instead of writing lines of code to build elements, we built Jobmonster with number of premade shortcodes that enable you to create many elements you see in our demo in fingertips.  By installing Visual Composer (the page builder plugin integrated in the theme package), you will have the Visual Backend Editor where every shortcodes are displayed visually before your eyes and easily generated in several clicks. In addition to Default Visual Composer shortcodes, Jobmonster comes with 10 specific shortcodes. To generate the shortcodes, go to Backend Editor, click the “+” icon to add shortcode. Navigate to Jobmonster tab to find a shortcode you want to use. You can add those shortcode to any pages or posts for your own use.

There are 10 Jobmonster custom shortcodes added. Below is the list of 10 shortcodes and their attributes.

  1. Noo Recent News

This shortcode is used to show recent Blog posts. In our demo, it is one of the shortcodes used to create Home page

  • Title: Title displayed above the blog list
  • Columns: The column attribute how wide are post should be displayed. It can from 2 to 4 columns
  • Posts per page: Number of posts displayed on a page
  • Excerpt Length: excerpt is an extract or short paragraph taken from the Blog. The number you type here is equal to the number of words shown in the excerpt.
  • Visibility: Which device to show the shortcode, it can be “all, hidden phone, hidden tablet, hidden pc, visible phone, visible tablet, visible pc”

2. Noo Step icon

This shortcode is used to show steps displayed on Home page

  • Step values: The values contain icon class|title|link

Example:

fa fa-search-plus|2. Specify & search your desired job|#      

  • Visibility: Which device to show the shortcode, it can be “all, hidden phone, hidden tablet, hidden pc, visible phone, visible tablet, visible pc”

3. Noo Jobs

This shortcode is used to show Recent jobs and Featured jobs on Home page

  • Show: This option will help you to show Feature Job or Recent Job.
    Display Style:
  • Title type: Text or job count
  • Title: Enter text which will be used as elements title.
  • Posts per page: Number of post per page
  • Show Pagination: hide or show
  • Visibility: Which device to show the shortcode, it can be “all, hidden phone, hidden tablet, hidden pc, visible phone, visible tablet, visible pc”

4. Noo Resume

This shortcode is used in creating Home Resume page
Title:
Enter a title here
Posts per page: The number of posts is shown per page. If you set it to be 1, Job Slider will be shown
Job Category: Choose job categories in the drop-down list
Job location: Select a location in the drop-down list
Order By: The display order of post is based on Date or Popular
Sort By: Resume posts will be sorted according to Recent or Older
Show Pagination: Choose Show or Hide

5. Job Map

This shortcode is used in creating Home Map Page
• Map Height: Height of the map background
Map Style: There are 5 styles which are Dark, Light, Nature, Apple Map and Default
• 
Center Latitude: Latitude of the Map’s center point
• Center longitude: Longitude of the Map’s center point

• Zoom Level: You can change zoom level of the map here
• Fit all jobs: Opt Disable or Enable. If enable, the map will ignore the above settings and only show all your jobs
• Show Job Search: Choose Show or Hide
• Enable Keyword Search: Choose Show or Hide Keyword
• Search Position 2,3,4: Opt a field to show in Search area. Opt None so that the Search Position will not be displayed
• Visibility: Which device to show the shortcode, it can be “all, hidden phone, hidden tablet, hidden pc, visible phone, visible tablet, visible pc”

6. Advanced Search

This shortcode is used in creating Home Page, Home Resume Page, 
Main Title:
Enter a title here
Top title: This title is shown at the top of Home page
Search Form Layout: The form can be Horizontal or Vertical
Background Type: There are 3 types that are Image Slider, One Image and None. Among these types, the first two ones allow you to upload images.
If you select Image Slider Type then you will have extra options like:
Slider Images: Upload images
Slider Animation: The animation can be Fade or Slide
Slider Time (ms): The time during which slider plays
Slider Speed(ms): The speed at which slider plays
Slide Max Height(px): The maximum height of the slider
If you select One Image type, you will have extra options such as:
Image: Upload an image
Image Height Type: Custom Height or Full screen
Image Max Height: Set the maximum height of the image. This setting will  only work when the Image Height Type is Custom
Search Form Top Position: The top position of the search form based on background image
Search Post Type: Choose Search Job or Resume
Enable Keyword Search: Select show or hide
Search Position 2, 3, 4: Choose a search field in the drop-down list

7. Companies Listing

This shortcode is used to show a list of companies. There is only an option called Title

8. Companies Featured

It is one of the shortcodes used to create Home Ver.2
Title: Enter a title here
Posts Per Page: The number of shown posts
Content: Create content

9. Noo Testimonial

This shortcode is used in creating Home Ver.2
Display Style: There are 2 styles that are Style 1 and Style 2. If you opt Style 2, you will have options like
Auto Play: Choose Yes or No
Hidden Pagination: Choose Yes or NoMeanwhile, if you choose Style 1, you will have a further option:
Testimonial Image Per Page: Enter a number of shown customer images

10. Noo Indeed

This shortcode is used to create Indeed Jobs page
Title:
Enter a title
Query: Enter keywords to search Indeed jobs. Keywords must be separated by “or”. The default one is ANDed
Location, Job type, country: enter a location, job type and country. Jobs will be taken from indeed according to these criteria
Job Per Page: The number of jobs is shown per page

Site Layout: This option will help you set Layout for your site. We provide two layout styles, including: Boxed Layout and Fullwidth layout. With Boxed layout, you will have additional options as follows:

Enable Parallax Background: If you enable this button then the background will have parallax effect.
Site width, max site width: Change width of your site hereBackground color or image settings: If you opt blue for background, background of your site will be filled with blue. However, when you set up background image, background of the site will be replaced with a new image.

Background repeat: will work effectively if you use patterned background image as the image above. When you let the image repeated, its copies will cover the whole background.

Background image attachment: Fixed image means that when you scroll down on the page, you will still see the background image. Yet Scroll with site do not allow you to do this.

Auto Resize: if you turn on the button, image will appear in the whole background area. Yet, turning off this button will make background image be displayed only in a part of one side. Position of background image in this case may be left top, left center, left bottom, center top, center center, etc of the side. It depends on your choice in Background Image Alignment box.
Color: This option allows you set the color for links and various elements for your site.

  1. Job List

Job List Layout: Choose a layout of Jobs Page. The layout can be Full-width, With Left or Right Sidebar. As for the 2 last layouts, you will have an extra option of selecting a Job Sidebar in the drop-down list of Job List Sidebar
Job Heading Title: Enter a heading title that will be shown on Jobs Page
Job Heading Background Image: Upload a heading background image
Show Featured Jobs: Turn this button on so that Featured Jobs can be shown on Jobs Page
Number of Featured Jobs: The number of featured jobs is shown on Jobs Page
Show Fields: Tick these boxes to show these items in job list

2. Single Job

Single Job Layout: choose a layout of Single Job. It can be Company Info on the Right or Left,  Right or Left Sidebar and Full-width. When you select 3 remaining layouts, you will have further options like Show Company Information Below and Single Job Sidebar.
Enable Job Comment: Enable this button so that comment section can be shown in single job page. Make sure that you have already checked the box of Allow Comments in Admin Panel> choose a job> Discussion

Enable Related Jobs: Turn this button on in order that related jobs can be shown under the single job
Number of Related Jobs: This option handles the number of related jobs shown per single job page
Enable Social Sharing: Turn this button on so that single job postings can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Email.

3. Company List

Company List Layout: There are 3 types of layout for Companies Page. You can select Full-with, With Right Sidebar or With Left Sidebar

Jobmonster allows you to create an unlimited number of sidebar. Each page or post can come with a unique sidebar. To select a sidebar for post or page, make sure you set page template with sidebar You may need to create several separate sidebars to use for different pages and posts. Follow these steps to generate a sidebar and add widgets to it.

Create A Sidebar

Step 1: Navigate to Appearance–> Sidebar Generator and click the Add New button, enter sidebar title then save. You can add as many sidebars as you need.

Step 2: Once you are done, you need to add Widgets to the sidebar you just created.

Step 3: Navigate to Appearance–> Widgets and find your sidebar on the right side.

Step 4: On the left hand side you will see all the widgets you can use, simply drag and drop the widget you want into your sidebar on the right hand site.

Step 5: Make sure you click Save to save the widgets added to your sidebar

Add Widgets to A Sidebar

You can add any widget and any number of widgets to your sidebar. All widgets are accessible from Appearance–>Widgets and easily dragged and dropped to your sidebar.


Step 1
: Navigate to Appearance–> Widgets to access the list of widgets and widget section that they can be added. The left hand side shows all the widgets you can use. The right hand side shows all different sections you can add widgets to.

Step 2: Simply drag and drop the widget you want into the widgets section you want the right hand side.

Step 3: Don’t forget to click save changes after you customize any widget in sidebar.

This sidebar is used for Companies Listing Page
Drag Search widget on the left side to this sidebar> click the triangle icon> Enter title> Save

This sidebar is shown on Blog page
Drag Search, Categories, Recent Posts, Archives and Meta widgets to this sidebar. Click the triangle icon on the right of each widget to complete options> Save

3. Job Sidebar

This sidebar is displayed in Job page
Drag Noo Advanced Search, Tag Cloud, Noo Job Count, Noo Job Type, Noo Jobs, Noo Job location to this sidebar> complete options> Save

4. Resume sidebar

This sidebar is shown on Resume page
Drag Resume Advanced Search widget to this sidebar> complete options> Save.

5. Shop Sidebar

This sidebar is shown on Shop Page
Drag some widgets like Woocommerce Product Categories and Woocommerce Product Search on the left side to this sidebar> Click the triangle icon on the right side of the widget> complete options> Save

These add-ons of job package help employers upgrade their current package. In other words,  they are useful in adding a certain number of job postings and set extra featured jobs other than the number of job postings and featured jobs stated in the current package.

To create an add-on Job Package, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Products/ Add Product/ Enter a title and content
Step 2: Choose Job Package Add-on in Product Data.
Step 3: Complete details of the Add-on such as Regular Price, Sales Price, Select Package (you can select many packages), Job Posting Limit (the number of jobs an employer who buy this add-on can post. You can also set up unlimited posting, Featured Job limit (this option places a limit on the number of featured jobs an employer can set)
Step 4: On the right side, select product category (it should be the category of Job package)
Step 5: Click on Publish button

Note: Add-ons will be displayed on Manage Page which shows the corresponding packages the admin set in Select Package option.

Here you will have settings to Job/ Resume custom fields and Employer/Candidate profile fields

2.1. Job Custom Fields

Step 1: Click Add button
Step 2: Enter Field Key, Field Label, Field Type (this option has a drop-down list of field types like Text, Number, Text area, select, Multiple select, Radio, Check box), Field Value.

Step 3: Choose After Description or Before Description in Show Custom Fields section

Step 4: Tick the Integrate Custom Field with Job Package check box to enable this function and you can decide which fields employer can use with Job Package

Step 5: If you tick the check box in step 4, Fields to add to Job Package section will show up, then you can select some options in the drop-down list. After finish selecting fields, please continue edit on Job Package Products. Click here to see how to create & edit a package.

Step 6: Save changes

Navigate to Appearance> Widgets> drag Job Advanced Search widget on the left side to the Job Sidebar on the right side> click the triangle icon on the right of the widget> Enter title > opt Job in Search Post Type > opt Yes or No in Enable Keyword Search> Search position# has a drop-down list of search fields, it is up to you to select those fields > Save.

Then go to Customizer > Job > Postlist > opt With Left or Right Sidebar in Joblist Layout > select Jobsidebar in Job List Sidebar > Save and Publish.

Note:

♣ You can delete or hide fields with turning Disable on or clicking on Delete
♣ When you search jobs according to new custom fields that have many values (for example, Experience Level, Academic Degree, etc) in Job Sidebar, the new fields  will only be shown if there is at least one job posting that contains these fields.
♣ You can change position of custom fields included in Post A Job form with dragging and dropping custom fields in Admin dashboard

2.2. Resume Custom Field

Step 1: Click Add button

2.3. Company (Employer) Profile Fields

Here you can add profile fields to Company profile section.

The way you add fields is similar to adding Job and Resume fields. You will complete Field Key, Field label, Field Type, Field Value, select Mandatory fields or delete/hide fields.

You can also add or remove Social Network fields.

2.4. Candidate Profile Fields

Here you can add or remove Candidate Profile fields as well as Social Network fields

2.5. Application

Here you can add or remove Application fields.
