Hello,
I was wondering if user set a job search alert to receive an email newsletter each time a job is posted matching his alert; will this user receive an email alert ( if few jobs matches his alert ) when i add add jobs from indeed using my publisher ID.

Yes, that is the function of the job alert on our theme. When the user creates a job alert, they will receive an email when the job post matching with his alert. Can you tell me know your question?

1. For the skill issue, we have found the same issue with our theme, we are updating the theme and will release a new version to fix it soon in this week, please wait for us.
2. For the email notification, please go to Jobica/ Settings/ Email templates/ Candidate email and scroll down, you will see the email template for "Candidate resume submitted notification email" to change the order of Location and Category as you want.

You go to Jobica -> Settings -> Resumes tab -> Scrolldown -> uncheck "Enable Skill"
