    I need to make the Latest Properties on the home page just one row instead of two. But, even when I only have 3 properties added, it still wants to split them into 2 rows.     Dear, Please your site have 1 property. So, i can't check problem of Latest Properties section on your site, please kindly add more.

    Also, if you want edit service, please edit Noo Service shortcode with WPBakery then edit service like attachment.

    I think I figured out the row issue. When I went to the Row & Column settings, it said 1 Row. But, when I went to the Content Settings, it said 2 Rows. So, I changed the Content Settings to 1 Row and that fixed it. Thank you.
