Hello...
I am trying to upload an already designed slider on the Revolution Slider plugin, and it's giving an error. I am sure it's not the upload file, as it is uploading elsewhere. How can I solve this.
Thanks
John

1 year, 7 months ago #1218018I am not really happy with the response rate. My client is complaining. I need to be very fast with the site. Thnks.
1 year, 7 months ago #1218019Hi again.
1. I have added the revolution slider on your home page. Please check it again.
2. You can change the theme color at customizer/ Design and layout
Please check it again.
Thanks.

We have checked and found the 403 issues when importing your slider.
Maybe that issue from your server config.
Please check it again.
Thanks.

Please contact your server to increase your PHP max_execution_time and max_input_time and try it again.
Maybe that issue from the execution time.
Thanks.

1 year, 7 months ago #1218048Hello Jackie,
I reached out to my webhost again over the weekend. We changed the PHP values, etc. Nothing worked. Then the support agent tried changing the PHP version from 8.0 to 7.3, and voila, it worked....
Thanks a lot for your help.
Still working on the site. If I need any help, I would definitely reach out.
Thanks
